If you are leaving town for the winter, going abroad for work or holidays, or selling a home that is temporarily vacant, Henderson Property Management can deliver a worry-free solution. We will check on your home and make sure everything is in order when you cannot. Your insurance company may have certain requirements when you are not living in the home, and you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your investment is being cared for in your absence.
TRAVEL & EXTENDED ABSENCES
We customize our services to suit your needs. House sitting requirements will differ depending if you are heading to warmer climates in the winter or travelling abroad for the summer. In addition to providing our standard house sitting services, we can provide a broad array of other services, such as mail collection, plant care, lawn care and snow removal. Usually, inspections are done weekly unless otherwise requested.
